We’re committed to being your trustworthy, end-to-end, money manager. In the case that our system can locate an overdraft fee, you'll be automatically reimbursed.  If we can't locate the fee, you'll be asked to provide some basic information so our team can review it and get you fixed up quickly. 

A few important notes about overdraft reimbursements:

  1. Reimbursement is provided only for overdrafts caused by Haven’s Autopilot transactions, not for overdrafts resulting from manual transactions initiated by the user or monthly subscription charges.
  2. We provide automatic reimbursement for up to 3 instances of account overdraft.
  3. To be reimbursed, your Haven account must still be open and active.
